To order, complete and submit this secure order form. Within 24 hours, you will receive an invoice via email. This will itemize all charges, including shipping. When you receive your invoice, you may elect to pay by credit card, check, or money order. Credit card payments are accepted using our secure money transfer agent Paypal. Paypal accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. When you receive your invoice, you will have the option of paying through Paypal.

The Prints Size Group will be indicated next to your selection. Print sizes can also be customized providing the width is reduced or increased by the same factor as the height. This will prevent distortion of the image. If you desire a print size that is not shown, please enter the size in the "Additional Prints" field on this form or contact us.

Fees for Stretching Canvas Prints:
For print sizes up to 24 x 36 - add $35.00 to order for stretching onto 3/4 inch stretcher bars.
For print sizes larger than 24 x 36 - add $50.00 to order for stretching onto 3/4 inch stretcher bars.

Special Borders on Canvas Prints
When plans are to stretch the canvas onto stretcher bars and leave the print unframed, an extension of the image or solid color border on the sides, top and bottom of the canvas is often desired. We are able to add an extension of the image colors or solid color border around the main image as a special added service. Please contact us when either of these services are desired.

Sales Tax
5% sales tax will be added to orders placed by South Carolina residents.

Insurance and Shipping:
At the Betty Gorman Studio we fully insure every shipment. This cost is included in the shipping costs.
Your artwork will be carefully wrapped, boxed (or placed in a shipping tube), insured, and shipped to you via UPS or Federal Express. The shipping charges vary with size of the package, destination, and value. These will be itemized on your invoice. Some shipping cost ranges are listed below (to destinations in the continental U.S.):
Prints rolled and shipped in tubes     $12.00 - $27.00
Original Oil or Giclee print on stretcher bars measuring 18 x 24        $28.00 - $49.00
Original Oil or Giclee print on stretcher bars measuring 24 x 36        $37.00 - $57.00

Money-Back Guarantee:
At the Betty Gorman Studio we understand that buying art is a major decision and we appreciate your concerns. We want you to be completely satisfied with your decision and your artwork. For this reason, we are pleased to offer safe shopping and our money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please notify the studio and you will be given a return authorization and shipping instructions. Returns will be accepted within 10 days from the receipt of your purchase. Art must be returned in original packaging and in original condition. Your payment will be fully refunded minus the shipping cost (we do not charge a restocking fee). This guarantee excludes custom art work.

Damage Returns:
Should your shipment arrive damaged, if possible have the delivery company note the damage at the time of delivery, and notify the studio as soon as possible (within 5 days of receipt). Retain artwork and original packaging for claims processing. Your purchase will be replaced when the damaged shipment is received back at the studio.

People often wish to capture something special to them in a custom painting.
